8. Independent provision

This website is independently produced and is not associated with Larva Labs, the originators of the Meebits. This site is not associated with Yuga Labs, Inc, the owners of the Meebits brand and owners of all associated intellectual property of the Meebits, referred to as the “Meebits Materials”. All use of the Meebits is subject to the Meebits Terms and Conditions.

9. Data Retention

We will retain your email address for one week after your order is fulfilled for the purpose of validating any future communication you may initiate with us. After one week, your email address will be automatically deleted from our systems. In addition, any FBX files supplied to us through your use of the Meebit API will be stored temporarily for one week, after which they will be automatically deleted from our systems. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records or legal disputes. Any information that we retain will be kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

10. The Meebit Image Maker (MIM)

You may use the Meebit Image Maker only if you are the legal owner of the Meebit for which you generate an image. Ownership verification is undertaken by the Meebits API, a service of meebits.app, which is owned by Yuga Labs, inc. By using the Meebit Image Maker, you additionally agree to the terms and conditions of the Meebits API. 

11. Entire Agreement 

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the company regarding the use of the website and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, regarding the use of the website.
