We collect personal information that you provide to us when you place an order, or otherwise interact with our website. This may include your email address, Meebit ID and Ethereum wallet address. We also collect a token supplied by the Meebits API, which has a lifespan of 24 hours.

2. Use of Information 

We use your personal information to fulfil your orders, communicate with you about your orders or other inquiries, and to improve our services. We may also use your personal information for marketing purposes, but only with your express consent.

3. Data Retention 

We will retain your email address for one week after your order is fulfilled for the purpose of validating any future communication you may initiate with us. After one week, your email address will be automatically deleted from our systems. In addition, any FBX files uploaded to our website will be stored temporarily for one week after order fulfilment, after which they will be automatically deleted from our systems. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as transaction records or legal disputes. Any information that we retain will be kept in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Data Storage 

All data will be stored within the European Union and/or the United Kingdom using Google Cloud Services.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to fulfil your orders or as required by law.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorised access, use, or disclosure. However, no security measures are perfect and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.
